2-1/2 month crowing, rooster

We raised them since eggs.

I’m in denial hoping it’s a hen, since getting attached. Yesterday it crowed. Still chance it’s a hen?

Are you sure it was that one? Looks like a hen to me, my buff Orpington rooster had way more development at that age.

Edited for picture my rooster at about 2 1/2 months old more comb and waddle development than the hens and redder comb and waddles.

If you have other birds of the same breed and age compare them. My rooster at 2 months compared to the hens of same breed

If it's only 10 weeks old it looks like a cockerel.
If it's 10 weeks old and crowing then it IS a cockerel.

It's comb and wattles are pretty red for 10 weeks.... I think I'm leaning toward cockerel

I think I'm leaning towards Cockerel as well. Trying to crow sounds nothing like an egg song to me.
