$2.25 Per Bird for Processing??

When people ask me to do it I charge $3.00 / bird.

So ya that's fair.

The standard rate in the Houston, TX area is $3.00 per bird.

Although I'd love to pay less, by the time the people have set up, done the birds, and cleaned up afterwards, I feel we're lucky that anyone chooses to do it at all!

I would love to pay $3.25 a bird to get it done if it was local. The closest I know of is 115 miles away and there $2.70 and have to make an appointment and have 10 or more. We will butcher 50 or so a year our selves and I’m not driving that far unless I had a load of them at one time.

Last year my cousin had his done for $3.00 a bird, packaged and frozen. Unfortunately, the guy who did the processing isn't doing it anymore. Anyone know of someone willing to do it in Central/North-Central Ohio?
