Are they all the same breed?
Growing larger faster would normally mean it could be male but, in your case, the fact that they were sick and likely had coccidiosis would likely stunt their growth. An overdose of coccidia oocysts will definitely retard growth.

The biggest one is also really bottom heavy. Like he has a big gut. He runs around fine but he's just super fat and heavy. Is that just part of his growing?
