Hi there, I'm brooding 5 Cornish rocks, 7 brown leghorns and 2 white rocks from tsc. They are in a wire brooder box with two heat lamps in a run in shed. About 3 of the Cornish rocks are having some noisy breathing, sounded wheezy at first, now sounds like fluid. They are still eating drinking and lively. I am using pine chips for warmth as well. There is a plastic tarp around the box for drafts. I'm awaiting 30+ rare ornamental layers from mcmurray on Sunday. I am very concerned to add these to the brooder box while these are doing this. I've brooded chicks three years in a row and never had something like this. Anyone?
