2-3 weeks old chick swollen foot extend to middle toe

My poor chick suddenly got a swollen foot at the ball on the bottom that extend to the middle big toe. I think it must've been bad that she only stands on her other fine leg. I suspect it may be the early stage with bumble foot, but I don't want to risk cutting her up so I have her some of my daughter's left over amoxicillin. It's been 3-4 days now and the swelling under her foot almost subsided but her toe is still pretty red. I also wash her foot with a spray I bought from feeding store 2-3 times a day. I soaked her feet in sea salt water (will get epsom salt) about 2 times a day. Any suggestion?
