2-3wk old with air in crop

Hi all. I woke up this morning to find my 2-3 week old barnevelder’s crop completely filled with air. She looks like she’s going to pop, and I can tell she is in pain. She’s currently being treated for a respiratory infection, but she seemed to be getting better until now. I used a small sewing needle to poke a few holes just through the skin... it helped a little, but seems to re-inflate after 30 minutes.
Any guidance on this? Should I withhold food? She wasn’t eating all day, but she is just starting to eat a little now

Thank you! She is much better. Since no one was able to answer my question I created a new thread that discussed how I treated it in hopes others can help their little ones in the future. She would have died otherwise.
