2.5 week old chick bleeding

My wife is grabbing sav a chick now. Do I want electrolyte or probiotic or both?

She is still pooping n it looks like good healthy poops

Eh... I didnt think it was that bad. Like others have said, get some vitamins in her! And try giving her some pure vegetable 'smoothies'.

Keep it clean and watch for infection!

Otherwise, is she healthy? Where are you keeping her?

She's in the house in a cat carrier with a towel. She has been very lethargic. Just basically sleeping. Eyes barely ever open. I'm able to get the water with save a chick in her but other than a little chick food soup in the dropper no food.

Maybe tomorrow I'll try to blend up cucumber or something to get in the dropper n feed her.

Just try to make her comfortable ; and still give her the vitamins and maybe the blended food.

Do you think you know whats wrong? If it was a sickness, then you dont want it spreading to the other chicks.
Depending on how squeamish you are, do you think you could do an autopsy? I understand if you dont....
