The "roosters" tail looks roosterish but s/he doesn't have long saddle and hackle feathers. It looks like a dominant hen to me, here is my hen who looks like a rooster:

"Lou" my BSL hen whose feathers looks roosterish. I think it is because even though I have a rooster he is a bantam and she bosses him around. That explains her roosterish feathers. I hope this helps!
