2 chickens, only one egg a day?

I have 2 girls who are still very new to laying , but I just want to see if this is normal or not. So, the first day I found eggs, there were 2. I found them within an hour of each other. But now I have only been getting one egg a day. I can never see who's laying the egg, so I'm nervous that it's only one girl laying and the other is not.
My girls are a California White, and Black Sexlink
They have pellet food, oyster shells, and any veggie scraps from the kitchen. Neither of them seem to be acting sick, so maybe it's nothing.
Is it possible they're both laying every other day, or is it more likely only one is laying?

These are our eggs (minus one that we already cooked )

Thank you!
Do their eggs look okay? I didn't know certain breeds laid certain colored eggs. I thought it just depends on each hen individually.
What are signs I should look out for? Can't the eggs get stuck?(sorry I'm so new to all of this!)

In the beginning they may not be consistent and even once they get going, some do not lay every day. Our first flock of 7 hens we would get anywhere from 3-7 eggs each day. Just depends on their cycle.
