2 chicks died in 1 night

Hello, I recently purchased 6 chicks which seemed to be just fine up until I checked on them this morning and 1 was deceased and the other minutes away. Any idea what caused this? They have proper lighting, food, and water.

What is your brooder set up like?

Have you been checking to see that they actually eat and drink and are pooping.? What is the temp under the heat lamp?
