Can you tell at this age what color? They would either be pied or India blue. Thanks

I hatched them.. First time incubating and I started with 12 eggs. I have 5 left due to hatch May 31st. So, 2 out of 7 is not that good.
I have the adults so they were collected daily and I hand turned them 2X daily as well as being on automatic turner. My peas are still laying so maybe Ill try again. I was going to see if females would sit but there is something getting into their run (I think skunk) and eating the nest before they get enough to sit.

Curiously, did you candle them at day 7 or 10? This is also my first time, so I'm just trying to gather as much info as possible.

Well... I took a flash light and didn't notice anything so cracked it...bad. Then on an egg I saw a shadow and still thought it didn't look like veins so cracked it open and there was a chick. So, I left all the ones I saw the dark shadow alone. Then 3 eggs didn't hatch by day 30 so I broke open and they were bad. I'm using a Brinsea incubator.
