2 Chicks in 1 egg???

I'm suspecting a double yolked egg.
I would love to know if anyone has ever hatched twins either from a broody or incy.

I can sometimes see two blobs, like large egg yolks on both sides at once, but only one chick hatched out.

I had 2 ducks hatch from 1 egg. Many years ago, it flipped me out, but it happened.

Sounds like a fertilized double yolker. Good on your hen for laying it (myself, I enjoy the occasional one in the skillet), but you might as well take it out. There won't be room in there for them both to develop and make it even to hatching.

I have seen the video of the 2 eggs with 2 chicks in each, the lady helping amazed me with her calmness.
For now i will be leaving the egg in as there is definatelly movement in there and i am not 100% that there 2 in the egg, can't bring myself to take it out even if i was sure there was 2. I know they are hard to hatch but i will let nature take its course.

I have two double yolkers in the bator right now. It can be done if youre careful and time everything right and keep an eye on things. Trying to hatch twins from a double yolker is not something you would want to do if you cannot spend your time at home. Not that you cant do it but itd be easier if you didnt have to leave the house for work etc.

The only reason I am trying is because I work out of the home as does my hubby and we homeschool our daughter, so there will always be someone here

Does it look anything like this? There is two very obvious black blobs but they move kinda together and I am pretty certain its just one chick, 3 days til hatch now but this was it candled at 10 days:
