Hello!

This is my 3rd round of chickens however it’s been a few years so I’m a bit rusty! My boyfriend brought home 6 chicks from the feed store & I think a roo may have snuck into the bunch! They are just over 6 weeks old. The #1 chick I believe is a girl but is she Ameraucana? The #2 chick appears to be a similar breed but although has no waddles to speak of & no comb or redness, the Hackle feathers seem long & they stand tall often. Thanks for the input!!

I’m excited about the prospect of fun colored eggs, as long as they both end up being ladies! We have plenty of land and no restrictions on roosters so I wouldn’t mind one. However, as you can see in the background, we have guinea hens so we definitely do not need more alarms sounding! Thanks for the input, I’d be more than happy to hear what others think!!
