2 day old Chick has deformed legs?

Something is wrong with this baby. What can I do? They were hatched under a hen but I have them in an incubator so I can monitor them.

Hmm, perhaps we are dealing with splayed leg. I'm not sure though. I don't have a lot of experience with chick deformities. Hoping we can get some better advice by bumping this thread. So sorry you're dealing with this.
