2 day old chick is weak

Hi there. I have 2 chicks that hatched late Saturday. One is very active and vocal. The other is very quiet doesn't chirp a lot and keeps it's eyes closed. I've been giving it water with a syringe but I'm uncertain as to what to do. Should I put crumbles in water and try feeding through the syringe? Any advice would be great! Really don't want to lose this little one.

separate and give sav-a-chick electrolytes and probiotics for two weeks. all baby chicks should start on that along with medicated chick starter. avoids lots of problems. good luck.
