2 Day old chick keeps falling over

We are raising chicks in our Biology classroom, and one of the Black Australops keeps falling over and flops directly to its back and has runny poop. We hatched 15 total chicks, and I have quarantined this chick.

Any thoughts or ideas? My high school students are very concerned.

Is the chick still alive? I'd lean towards vitamin defiency. .
