2 day old chick. Lathergic and not active.

Im 100% sure he's a silkie.. Question was is it normel for poop to stick to his fluffy butt or should i be concerned it might be pastt butt?

It is pasty butt. I'd keep in, rather than let him roam, so that he stays warm enough.

Update... My chick made a 100% complete turnaround.. Hes up running around with the rest, eating and drinking in his own.. Only thing he dont like doing is sleeping under his momma..

That's great. Glad it's doing better. I would still keep an eye on it for awhile. It looks like a Silkie chick to me. It appears to have feathered legs in one of the pics. I would still keep the heat available. Good luck and have fun...

Yes she does have heavily featered legs.. And both parents are silkies.. I find myself spending lots of time in the coop just watching.. Still sleeps alot but any bumps or commotions and he is up and running.. Eating and drinking alot on his own..
