2 day old chick pecks other chicks eyes.

Today I got 5 baby chicks in the mail from Ideal Poultry.

One little chick keeps pecking the eyes of the same aged ones and even the older 9 day old chicks in the eyes.
What should I do about this one 2 day old chick?

Also besides aggressive behavior. It's pecking order. Survival of the fittest.... Mine didn't peck the eyes but wings and tails. If blood I used water and separate. I'll even read the article too.

That's funny because this chick is 2 days old and the smallest out of them all.
