**2 day old chick pics** Is this crooked neck?

This little chick was fine when born. The next day (yesterday) she seemed to have her held tilted to the left. When I picked her up to check it out she actually turned her head almost completely upside down. See pics where she is in my hand. She CAN straighten her head to eat and drink, so far. She can walk straight, but her head is slightly tilted. Can I try some of the vitamin drops? How quickly should I see improvement after giving the drops? Thanks for any advice

Yes it does look like crook neck or also called wry neck. I think you can give her vit E in her water or by mouth.

Is it walking backwards with it's head tucked between it's leggs and flipping over?

No, it walks forward with it's head slightly tilted. I have seen it actually straighten it's neck and look normal. It just seems like it tilts it's head when it is looking at something, but not all of the time. I will check again tonight after work to see if it is worsening.
