2-Day Old Chick Unable to Use One Leg

We have a 2-day old chick that is not able to use one of its legs. It basically curls it underneath its body. I have tried giving it "chick physical therapy", but it doesn't seem to help. When I move the leg manually, it doesn't extend out like the other leg.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
