2 day old drinks with neck straight up and trouble swallowing

My bantam chicks came today so they are 2 days old and one holds her head straight up when swallowing water and keeps it in that position most of the time. She seems to be trying to swallow repeatedly while doing this. She is drinking an unusually large amount of water, but seems to have a hard time swallowing it. It's neck isn't stuck, as it can reach down for food and water, but mostly it just looks straight up. Other than that, it seems healthy. What is this and what can I do for her?
