No one is pecking at it.... but I think I might move him back into the bator for a bit.

Take him/her to an avian vet if you have the money.

Money is not an issue. There are NO bird vets around here.... and this isn't a pet, so I'd rather cull it instead of it dying a horrible, pecked on death. Already had to cull one that the others ripped the insides out of.

I would try the betadine like LG suggested. That or keep it moist with good ole Neosporin.
No pain killer type of course.

I hope that chick makes it.

It is walking and drinking and eating and doesn't seem to be in any pain or anything...... yeesh

I went and moved it back into the incubator. Named it Tiny.

We have more heating pads, so when DH gets home we can build Tiny it's own little MHP brooder.

Put some triple antibiotic cream on Tiny. Let Tiny sit between the bewbs for a few minutes while the bators heating up... and did it ever YELL at me!!!
