2 dead hens.?

In the last 2 days 2 hens died. I will dissect to see if egg bound. Also one other hen has the runs . Could it be disease and what type. One had spinabifida, but the other was healthy.

What should I look for so others don't die?

Actually the one chicken had scoliosis the other was healthy. Now one other has fluffed feathers and liquid stool walking slowly tried giving it yogurt but it won't eat it.
