I have 2 boys 1 girl the drakes are very competitive and are fighting
Will they kill each other for the female

They will be more likely to kill the female, unfortunately. Over breeding can be fatal to a female. Either rehome one of the drakes, separate them, or add 6 more female ducks to your flock. Something bad will happen if nothing in the environment changes. 2:1 is never a good duck ratio.

That is a good plan. Yay for more ducks! See if you can find some adult females in your area that someone is trying to rehome. They will be easier to introduce into your flock than ducklings. I would introduce them to the female first, and let them get acquainted for a while before you let the drakes meet them. They will be in drake heaven!
