WHY!!!

Both of them are like this today. The right size breast seems to be larger than the left. This is the first that I have noticed this.

I have 2 other birds, they seem fine.

All 4 of them are 28 weeks old and all 4 have some Araucana in them.

Pictures are worth a thousand words.

However, are you sure this isn't simply their full crops? A sign of happily eating chickens?

You are looking at their full crops. Perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. You should probably get somewhat familiar with avian anatomy and physiology. It is very handy to know where things are at and what they do.

Good luck.

I was thinking that is what it is, but the other 2 don't show this and they seem to eat a LOT more than these two.

I didn't think they would continue to eat though if they had/have a full crop and why is this the first time I have seen it?? Maybe I need to pay more attention to our girls.
