That's a nice olive! Grats!

Egg shells are either white or blue.
Brown coating is only on the outside and makes white shells brown or blue shells green.
Next time you break an egg, immediately(when it's easiest) peel away the inner membranes(which are white) and you'll see the blue shell.

'Speckled' eggs can happen for several different reasons...very few, if any, of which are a 'problem'.
Can be caused by:
Excess or uneven pigment coating.
Excess or uneven cuticle(bloom).
Excess calcium deposits.
Porous eggs can appear speckled.
Some birds lay them consistently, some only once in awhile.
The pigment or bloom can change appearance when wet, then change back when dry again.
As long as bird is getting a good diet and is healthy in every other way, it is no cause for concern.

Thank you I am very pleased with her <3
WOW thank you for all the info thats fantastic points to learn!!
Yes :) she is VERY healthy and happy. Spoiled rotten actually lol. She gets good feed and a special blend of supplimental extras. Fresh water every day. Grit and a "smoothie" I make fresh for her every day.

Watch those 'extras', they really only need a good poultry ration...the treats are more for the keepers.
They dont forage or free range outside until ot gets warmer and neither will gleefuly eat their proper feed so I suppliment with live and dry mealworms, crickets, whole grains and yogurt.
They are happy, smart and growing well ;)
Cant wait til its warm when they can spend time foraging
