2 eggs fused?

My Americaunas are 8 months old. Today I got 2 fused eggs. Has anyone ever had this happen? Google has not been much help. Should I worry about my hens? I have no idea which of the 7 laid this one.

Could be internal egg laying problems and she could've been egg bound and they connected ‍

Also could've been that since she's a relatively new layer, it is common for them to lay misshapen eggs.

Anyone acting strange?
I wouldn't worry unless it happens multiple times.
All kinds of odd one off's can happen, most are just glitches.
