I did floating test on 16 and found 3 out of 7 eggs sinking completely. Today (Day 18) I did float test again and found 2 out of 3 sinked eggs started floating exactly till the air sac in air. Luckily I did not throw them and out of curiosity just kept them in incubator back. Why will such things happen? There are many cases where people think sinked eggs are not viable and throw them away. Do the 2 eggs have chances of hatching?

The reason they sink'ed and then started floating 2 days later is because the air sacks fill with more air as time goes. I suggest candling rather than float test. Candling lets you see the chick move inside the egg. That way you know they are alive. Also you shouldn't be doing float tests on eggs on days 16. If these are chicken eggs, they hatch at 21 days so lock down would be 18th. And more things about float testing:
1.) Eggs absorb water so float testing, the eggs will absorb that water and sink.
2.) When you place the eggs into the container your testing in, you can drop the eggs and cause them to crack.
You can get cheap egg candlers off ebay or even use a normal flashlight!

I never use the float test because there's never really reason to. How come you were floating on the 16th day? Float testing is usually only done on eggs that are past the hatch date.

Even then I don't do it. Candling will still be able to tell you if it's alive or not at that point, and if you think it isn't, you can put a small hole in the air cell to check.

Does this mean 2 eggs are fertile?

I did candling but nothing was moving inside. Does that mean chick is not live?
