That is precious, I am so sorry that you lost 2 of your babies but I'm glad one of them was able to make it, Ravyn has a duck with one leg and I think she gets along just fine

I am sure she can give you advice on that.

I've been bugging the poor lady non stop, LOL.... My main worry is infection, at this point. If it turns gangrenous I don't know what would happen... So far, so good, and let's hope it stays this way.

Thank you I think so too, I am still blown away at how loyal this duck has become towards me, it's so odd to me, I have no explanation as to why it all of the sudden just decided to be my friend

That's the only thing I can come up with but then I question that and ask myself if a duck can really sense emotion? Especially after the chase I went through recapturing them that day.. I am not going to question it anymore, he's exactly how Fatty was towards me, loving and caring and most of all loyal. I never thought I would have that again in a duck...

Hmmmmmm my wheels are turning now, that's an excellent idea, I have already looked into getting duck diapers for him even though hubby said no, I am very persuasive at times how cool would that be to be able to take Ray to treatment with me and to work with me, I bet he would be a huge help in some of my domestic violence cases...Oh, the wheels are turning....
