2 Free Welsummer Roos- Morgantown PA

I have too many roos!! These guys are about 23 weeks old. They are beautiful and very gentle. They like to be picked up to have their necks scratched and come running for treats. I would love to keep them ,but 10 hens and 7 roos is not a good ratio. Please, these are not meant to become dinner. I will not ship, but am willing to drive a little to meet.

Good idea about Eggbid, Roosters, thanks. I did put an ad at the feedstore & was thinking about Craigslist. I have 7 really awesome roosters & I hate to eat them, but we have too many!!

Wow! Look how big they got!

I know Sara, they grew! So much bigger than when you last saw them. Unfortunately, one of them was killed by something today in the cold. I have no idea what & he wasn't eaten. This is my first loss to a predator ever.

We are all sad. I have no idea what would do that in daylight & not eat him.??? He was dragged under a bush. It is odd that this happened and all the other hens and roos are ok. Anyone have any ideas?

VERY sorry to hear one of those beautiful boys is gone. Wish I could have taken them.
