You had another post where you indicated you were putting DE in their feed - were you going to discontinue that to see if it helped?
To me, it looks like a parasite of some sort. Especially the roo, you indicated had a spot you thought was bald, but it was "scabby" - that could be mites/lice debris. I would check them closely for mites and/or lice, and treat appropriately. I don't think they're picking feathers off to expose more skin for brooding, they typically do that off their chests (lower). This skin looks inflamed/irritated.

If you want to know for sure if it's just pecking, remove the two girls and put them in separate areas by themselves for a week to 10 days to see if feathers grow back. THen, you'll know for sure if it's just a pecking issue.
