I have 2 Hens who have recently started jumping on another hen like roosters. I know they aren't roosters as they are laying eggs. They have started this after I had a rooster in the flock but the roosters gone now. Is there anything I can do to stop the 2 girls from jumping on the other 1? They are only jumping on 1 girl in particular and she has started loosing feathers. I don't really want to use a saddle so is there any other options?

They knew that the rooster was the head of the flock and that is what they saw him do. So now they are mimicking it. @nuthatched is right.

Can you remove the jerks and separate them for a few days so they drop a few pegs in the pecking order?
How big is your set up?
Ditto Dat!
Dimensions and pics of set up would help immensely here.

Removing a bird, especially a cock/erel, from the flock always creates some changes in the pecking order.

There's plenty of room to separate them. I have a designated jail/recovery area in the coop that I could put them. Pic below
