2 hens or no?

I have these two lovely chickies but the one standing up is starting to confuse us. My dad thought he got two female chicks but as time is going on we’re unsure if the standing one is a hen or not. What do you guys think both are?

I'd say both are cockerels.

Those combs are very big and red for 3 months for a female. I agree that you might be looking at males. I’m not sure though
