2 hens with new chicks, can they stay in same pen?

I have a hen with one chick, hatched 2 days ago, and a hen with 2 chicks hatched today. I have one set up in a coop by herself, can I put the other hen and her chicks in the same room or will the hens go crazy at each other, i would divide it with what lumber I could but the hens will be able to fly over the part wall. i dont want them to kill each other or each others chicks.

I have two hens that each have chicks at first when I put them in the one hen did attack the other hen when ever to she got to close to her chicks the first week but didn't bother the chicks and now they all get along.

Have what I call a "grow pen" ..20 x 10...have had 4 mamas and their chicks in at the same time...when the mamas started to fight (chicks had their feathers) I put 3 mamas out and left one in, she took care of all chicks (16).. We call her Nannie now... all is welll...

You can just try it and see. I've had hens do fine, and I had one hen try to kill the other hen's chicks. I usually try to keep the hens with the flock now, I've found the momma won't let anyone mess with her babies and it makes things so much nicer in the long run--no re-introducing anyone, or trying to put unprotected littles in with older hens.

Give it a go and see what happens. They will have a quick fight or 2 at first to see which hen is the boss, and after that they should be fine.

I have 4 hens and each has a clutch of chicks at different ages. They all get alone fine and all the hens pile in the corner and brood the chicks together.

However, last year I have one hen that hated the other hens chicks and killed one.

So they are all different.
