We went out right after my girl got off the bus and we were only gone for a few hours. I didn't notice anything awry when we got home, but my 5 year old just came running into the house and said all the runs were open. *sigh*
So, I've lost my 3 ringnecks that JimnJanet, BYC members were nice enough to give us, I've only found 2 of my eight 4 week old chicks, which are in the "nursery run" during the day, I'm not seeing either roo, so if they're both gone, I've lost my EE and the RIR that JimnJanet also brought us, and I called and called for the girls, and only 5 came up out of the woods.
I'm waiting on the State Police. I'm so freaking angry I can hardly stand it. Freaking jerk-off losers with nothing better to do than destroy and take away from people just trying to make their way.
If I've really lost all those chickens, I'm done until Spring.
I'm going out to look for more missing birds and wait for the trooper.
