Mother Duck said, "Quack, quack, quack!"
Two little ducks came waddling back.
This is the first baby appleyard to hatch. It hatched on day 26.
This is the 2nd to hatch at the very end of Day 28.
This size difference is pretty big. It is not only due to the 1st baby hatching early. The first appleyard was from a larger egg than the second.
Trying to photograh these two was like herding cats.

These came from eggs from MotherGoose. I have 4 more in the bator due in about 10 days or so.
I am tickled with these 2. They get a Blue Seal gamebird feed formulated for baby chick, ducks, turkeys and pheasants that I found at a local feed store. They also love their morning yogurt. It is so funny to watch them dip their beaks in the cold yogurt. They gobble and slurp and look like they want to wallow around in it.
