2 month old chick sick!!! help!

Hi there. So yesterday I go to find one of my 2 month old black sex links laying in the run. I go check on her and she won't stand or walk. I remove her and put her in a rubber maid container in my house to keep an eye on her. I gave her food and water. I put some probiotic and electrolights in her water. She was drinking fine and eating little. Last night she was just very lethargic, couldn't seem to keep her eyes open and would stand for a second and lay right back down. This morning she seems a little more alert but still doesn't want to stand for long. Anybody have something like this before? Any ideas what it could be? I have no clue if she was vaccinated for mericks disease. I got her from a Co op. I am hoping its not mericks. Anyway any info or tips on how I can help her would be appreciated. Thank you all

I'm sorry to hear that.

She could have coccidia or worms. Marek's does include standing issues, but often birds with marek's will try to stand but fall and will be bright and trying to eat and drink. This isn't always true. Get electrolytes into her if she isn't drinking by tube feeding. Keep her warm and calm.
