A few days ago I got 3 2 month old silkies but they refuse to leave the coop, I leave the door open for about 5-10 minutes while I play with other chicks and when I look they’re still inside. I need them to get used to me but don’t know how to do it with them being inside the coop all the time :(

Here are photos of the coop, the chicks, and the “entrance/exit”:

They are still chicks,,,, so they feel secure in the coop. (and also as a group of siblings) Here is my suggestion to gently teach them to exit.
Take each chick out into your hands, and caress them for about a minute. Then place back, and do same with next. After you did all three, remove the feed, and water , and place just outside of coop. In short time, the chicks should wander out and feed. This will give them the idea, that there is more ambiance available to them.
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and :welcome

Sometimes when I open the pop door all the chicks are on the ground within 15 minutes, sometimes it takes the third day before all of them are on the ground. Each brood is different.

Personally I don't try to force my chicks or older chickens to do things like this at my pace unless I have a solid reason. I let them work it out at their pace if I can. They will.

It’s hard to get them from the coop because of the door’s design. I might have to change it for easier access in the future!

I’ll try putting their water outside later and see if it works, I can’t reach their food because they somehow got one of the containers all the way inside 🤦‍♀️.

Once they’re outside should I caress them before putting them back in?

Yeah, hopefully one of these days they’ll go out on their own, I need them to get used to me (and also need to trim some feathers with poop on them)

Give then time to feel secure. Soon they will be all over the place..👍
Hopefully won’t take too long, I’m looking forward to start petting them c:
