They are girls and hopefully your BO will start to lay soon.

Johnny is great, very calm too.

I wonder what on earth im doing wrong then, the BO is not going for this whole egg laying thing at all!!
 
I got her about a month and a half ago. She hasnt changed a bit since she got here.
I purchased a crate with 4 chickens in it at the flea market. These were my first set of chickens.

She has gained some weight since she got here but other than that is exactly the same.
 
Sometimes it takes hens acouple months to get use to new surroundings before they start laying again...
 
The BO also looks like a hen to me, and Johnny is a very handsome rooster, I really like his coloring.
