Can you look at them without having to open your incubator? Mine has viewing windows. If you can look without opening it then check it all you want. I still remember when mine were hatching last year. I would wake up in the middle of the of the night and run to check on them. LOL My incubator is in the bedroom and when they really start to hatch they peep and flop around in there, that can make it hard for you to sleep.

i went to check on them and one rolled over... eeek
ps: it has windows on top... so i don't have to open it
eeek. the temp was still down from opening it to take the turner out and placing the eggs and stuff in. i just got back up to 100

Rolling is a good sign! My eggs never rocked and rolled the way people described but then again I hatched in cartons. I think this time I will try it both ways and see if its better to hatch them laying down. Laying down seems more natural to me. I would love an update when you have time. I hope they are pipping this morning!

So today I decided to go out.... thinking of course with my luck they would start hatching when i left... i come back. and nothing. (yet)
hopefully soon. I'm growing very impatient. lol

I did the same thing! No luck here yet either! They will start while i am at work all day tomorrow! ARGH!

perhaps they will take their merry time and take forever...
or perhaps set up a mommy cam...literally. if you have a baby camera (if you have kids), easy way to keep an EYE on them all day.
