That is what I was thinking just gently put them in and stand back. As far as their eyes hopefully just some good washing will clear it up. I haven’t had anyone with foamy eye in a long time but I do use ACV in their drinking buckets a couple times a week 1 Tab to a gallon of water isn’t enough to sting but it’s great as a tonic and helps clear up some eye issues. You can also get Terramycin eye ointment at TSC but that would mean hands on so try the ACV first. Bless you for rescuing those poor babies . Some people just need to serve jail time for the way they treat animals. You have mentioned your fat boys makes me feel these girls are going to be thrown to the wolves. How many drakes do you have because if more than one those two little ones aren’t going to be enough.
I have 2 drake pekins. I have a sweet lady on hold to pass one on to if they don't do well having one each.
As for the breeder I reached out to him last night about their condition. He moved them into an outdoor pen and asked me for advice regarding their treatment so thankfully he was just ignorant and needed guidance. Thanks for the advice I've added acv to the pool this morning!

I throw mealworms into my pool when my ducks haven't had a pool for a while. It usually gets the ball rolling. If they don't take the hint, I place one in the pool. Then they're like, " hey, this is nice" and the water is soon flying everywhere!
Great suggestion I will try this before taking the bull by the horns and picking them up! Poor things are scared to death bless their hearts.

That’s great news about the breeder, hopefully any he still has will have a better life now with your guidance.

I agree, treats in the pool, even if they don't get in the pool they will start dunking their heads, I like to throw frozen peas in the pool, some sink, some float, so they start sticking their heads under looking for more. I think a few regular baths and some high protein food and they will look and feel much better quite quickly :) For now, give them a bit of space and time alone to adjust to their new environment. They will settle in.
