We are moving our chicks into a new coop that will be in a fenced in area with goats. This coop will be enclosed (with vents) at night but during the day it will be opened by a small door....it will not have a run but they will be roaming in a field (aka about 1 acre). Is it okay not having a run on the coop? Also, the will be free roaming with goats. The goats will have separate housing but they will be grazing in the same area. Is that okay?
