I am the type of person who worries and stresses about every little thing even though I won’t truly get my answer for months. So right now we have a flock of 7. 6 standard hens and 1 black australorp. We will soon be adding a cream legbar, blue ameracuna and Welummer hen bringing his total amount of ladies to 9. In the brooder we currently have 9 chicks. 7 standard hens, 1 oegb hen and 1 oegb rooster. They will stay together as a separate flock since my goal is not to breed. They will all eventually free range. My black auatralorp rooster is very friendly and I’ve read that the oegb’s are too so I’m just wondering if they will all be able to roost together in the same coop at night without fighting/killing each other?

Roosters are not friendly to other roosters and highly covetous of his ladies, regardless how many he has. If you are keeping two flocks, well alternate days which flock gets to range. If you have a huge amount of space... it might work. They might fight it out once, and then again, they might fight to the death. It is hard to say.

But trust me, being a nice rooster from the people perspective is not how he is going to act with another rooster with hens.

merrymuts - did you raise them together, or was it a father/son with the son being raised up under him... or was one rooster a strange rooster introduced with hens to the established rooster and flock. Cause I think that is what the OP has, and that is probably going to cause problems.
