Haven’t owned too many roosters past a few months old but This guy has a couple of different quirks about him. Nothing bad just makes him special but I’ve never seen a rooster with two spurs, on each leg. So that’s four total.( And don’t worry I know in the picture it looks like one is growing back into his leg. I’ve been keeping an eye on it and it is not

First barred rock rooster I’ve ever owned. Sergeant Pepper is awesome though. He is dang loyal to his ladies. I got him from a friend who ended up with a few too many roosters. He was only about seven weeks old. This was in the spring time of 2021. When I got him I noticed two of his front toes were completely crooked. I tried to bandage them to straighten them out as he grew but he ripped the bandages right off. He doesn’t seem to have a hard time getting around though. And also he only grew one waddle. And a very very tip of his beak has been missing since I got him. But it’s barely enough to even notice. None of that seems to affect him negatively but I noticed he’s never been able to fly. My others I’ve owned could at least get over short fences at least but he freaks if his ladies flew to the other side He won’t even try to flap to try to lift himself but he worries ( I made him a small doorway low he’s getting used to)
