2 that look alike but::

I have about 6 of the same type, what type I don't know. But here is my question 5 of these have feathered feet and 1 doesn't and all day today this one has been jumping on the backs of the others. I have 24 chicks together and all of a sudden this 1 wants to be a bully. Can anyone tell me if maybe this 1 is a roo?

The first one has a lot of comb to be so young. It could be a male, and I'm guessing partridge rock on that one. No foot feathering...
