2 unknown hens please help identify...

i hope someone can help me dentify these 2 hens..this first one has the softest feathers i have ever felt

and the second is older and like to hatch eggs

The 2nd is a Brahma, I believe, though I don't have any and am not that familiar with the breed.

The first looks almost EXACTLY like one I have that is a cross of a buff orp rooster over a barred rock hen. My girl is just lovely, and VERY large for her age.

The first one looks a LOT like two of EE pullets.

Not positive but it's my guess.

2nd one I'm not sure at all...

The first one looks like a Buff Opr rooster x Barred Rock hen, or a black sexlink female. The buff coloring leaks through the black, and those legs look an awful lot like Buff Orpington legs.
However I have two of that cross and mine came out with slate, almost purple looking legs - which I fine incredibly beautiful! You can get a lot of random color throws when making hybrids.
