2 week old barred Rock sick...help!

I have six beautiful chicks I bought from a feed store two weeks ago exactly. I believe they are 2 1/2 weeks old. They have been full of energy and really spunky since the beginning. Thriving and growing. Today I noticed one of my Barred Rock chicks looks really sick. She is sleeping all the time and hardly even opens her eyes when I walk in. When I pick her up she doesn't even protest. Her poop is liquid and white. When I put her down tonight she took a few steps and put her wings down for balance. So far the other chicks look healthy. She's not swollen anywhere that I can tell and her butt is clean. Any ideas?

Could this be cocci? Are they on medicated feed? Are they indoors or out? Have they been outdoors at all?
