2 week old chick having trouble with her neck

She can't walk or stand she rolls her neck under her or just lays it down they have been trying to fly out the brooder so I'm not sure if she got injured in an attempt of that or something else she'll eat a little not drinking and haven't noticed if she's pooped, what could it be and what could be done? I gave her probiotic and set some hydrating gel in for her until I can figure out the problem.

She needs to be hydrated with water, can you give her drops of water beside the beak so she can take it in?

If you have poultry nutri-drench, give her 2-3 drops twice a day. See if that helps.

Ok I'll do that I tried to put a brace on but it seems to stress her out

So far so good after some rest... I separated her from the other so they don't hurt her but they snuck in with her anyway and must of f giving her some encouragement because she doing better besides her tail and hunch over but moving better

What's her poop like?

Is she drinking and eating on her own? If not, then you will need to keep her hydrated and hand feed her.
