2 Week old Chick Hoging the Food

I have 2 2week old chicks and 3 1week old chicks and there is one chick (who is larger) that stands on the feed bowl and doesn't let the younger ones eat. Is this okay, or should I just add in another food bowl?

I'd definitely put another food bowl in. I'd probably remove him for short periods a few times a day as well.
