2 week old chick not eating or drinking

i just got a 2 week old chick, he seem alert and moving around fine but when i put him on the brooder all he does is sleepy and when standing acts sleepy, i watched it all day and it has not eaten or drink, the temperature is set at 90 degree F
Can a baby ostrich be force fed or what can be done in this case To get him to it ?
Can ostrich be given a shot of B12?

I tried my vet and a couple in the area but they are closed until Monday
